ARLINGTON, Va. – The National Electrical Manufacturers (NEMA) today announced that three additional manufacturing companies have joined the association, expanding the association’s leadership across the critical sectors powering America’s electrical infrastructure.

From enclosures that protect critical electrical equipment to conduit systems that route power safely through buildings and cable management solutions that organize complex data center installations, these new members manufacture the foundational components that enable reliable electrical systems.

NEMA’s new members announced today are:

  • Enclosures Unlimited: A manufacturer of NEMA-rated and UL-certified electrical enclosures offering end-to-end capabilities spanning metal fabrication, assembly, integration, and engineering for OEMs in demanding industrial environments.
  • NEC, Inc.: A manufacturer of an extensive line of UL-compliant nipples, galvanized conduit elbows, couplings, and PVC-coated conduit fittings for critical corrosion protection serving electrical distributors.
  • Tate: A leading designer and producer of innovative, sustainable, and customer-driven solutions for data center infrastructure, including cable tray systems, wire mesh, and ladder tray products used to support, route, and protect electrical and data cabling.

“From shielding sensitive electrical equipment to routing power safely through modern buildings to taming the growing complexity of today’s wiring demands, our newest members manufacture the components that keep America’s electrical infrastructure safe, reliable, and resilient,” said NEMA President and CEO Debra Phillips. “We are proud to welcome Enclosures Unlimited, NEC, Inc., and Tate to the NEMA family of companies.”

“Enclosures Unlimited is delighted to join NEMA and we consider it both an honor and a privilege to be part of such a well-respected group,” said Enclosures Unlimited Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Tom Dahlen. ”As a leading domestic manufacturer of electrical enclosures, we’re intently focused on innovation and committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations. Our patented, NEMA-rated products provide sound solutions to the industry’s most demanding applications. We look forward to sharing ideas with other members and tackling the challenges of what we expect to be a very exciting period for the electrical products industry.”

“For nearly four decades, NEC has been committed to manufacturing quality conduit products that meet the highest industry standards,” said NEC, Inc. President Steve Osborne. “Joining NEMA gives us the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders to help shape the standards and best practices that ensure electrical conduit systems remain safe, reliable, and effective. We’re proud to contribute our manufacturing expertise to NEMA’s mission and look forward to advancing the electroindustry together.”

“Joining NEMA is an important step for Tate as we continue to expand our role in delivering the critical infrastructure that powers modern data centers. As demand accelerates around AI and digital infrastructure, leading cloud and hyperscale data center developers are increasingly turning to us as a trusted partner to help evolve their designs — leveraging our expertise in integrated, end-to-end solutions to deliver smarter, more resilient, and future-ready environments,” said Tate Americas President Conor Moloney. “We’re proud to join NEMA and look forward to helping shape the future of the electrical industry alongside other leaders in the space.”
